We provide a full assessment of your current credit and collection policies. Everything from setting up a customer account to setting credit limits. We review your existing terms and conditions, credit applications and your current credit and collection policy. We assist you in setting priorities and strategies for collecting from delinquent customers while carefully balancing collection results, the costs to collect, and the need to preserve the customer/ consumer relationship.

Pre-Collection Letters

ACS will send out Pre-Collection letters at a fraction of the cost of a collection account. We can set your firm up with a separate account and invoice you on a monthly basis.

Credit Checks and Authorizations

We run credit checks, set-up credit limits and almost always, have it back to you within the same day. We can set you up with a separate account and bill on a monthly basis.

Asset and Liability Reports/Skip – Tracing

We will provide an A&L report if the need arises based on a company that may owe you a substantial amount and you don't know if it is wise to turn them over to collections. Separate fees will apply.

If you need us to find someone, our policy is: if there is no find - there is no fee.

Outsourcing of in-house credit and collection calls

We virtually become an extension to your in-house credit department. We will run credit checks, set-up credit limits and almost always, have it back to you within the same day. We also can place credit and/or collections calls. That will ultimately save you thousands of dollars, not only in preserving the account from going delinquent, but also in not having to hire personnel.
